誠に恐縮ですが、2024年より各種のプルーンを値上げいたします。
長野県で誕生したプルーンで、サイズは３０g前後。日本のプルーンの種類の中では、およそ３０%のシェアで一番有名です。果皮が濃い紫色で果肉は黄褐色です。完熟すると軸周りにシワができやすく、甘味が強くてほどよい酸味があり、果汁も適度に含みます。冷蔵庫で保存すると日持ちします。
